  1. If you wish to make any changes to an order, please log in to the funkyflorals website and use the Deliveries page. Alternatively, please contact our Customer Service via email at hello@funkyflorals.co.uk sales@funkyflowers.co.uk or sales@floraldesign.co.uk or by calling: Funky Flowers on 0118 9796019 or Richard Elder Floral Design on 01628 821122.
  2. As we are an independent company, we care an awful lot about the flowers we send to our customers. If you are ever unhappy with the freshness and we agree that they're not up to scratch, we will, at our discretion, send out a replacement bouquet on the next available date.
  3. We only buy the freshest, most beautiful flowers we can, but not everyone likes surprises, if you have any allergies or pet issues this needs to be advised when the subscription service is set up. We hope you'll love them all, but we cannot be held responsible if you receive any flowers that aren't to your taste or that are unsuitable for you or your pets if we have not been told. If you discover any allergies please let us know as soon as possible.
  4. The vases we provide are on a rental basis, any breakages will need to be paid for via payment to the shop at cost price. We will then bring you a new rental vase out with your next order.
  5. Our flower bouquets start from £35.00, unless you've used an offer code with a discount.
  6. If you ever have a problem with an order, please get in touch with Customer Services via phone or email.
  7. By joining funkyflorals, you understand that we offer a subscription delivery service. If you ever want to change a delivery day, you must amend it using the Deliveries page by logging into the funkyflorals website. All amendments to deliveries must be made within two days of the expected delivery.
  8. funkyflorals offer codes are for new customers only and can only be used once per household/customer/address. If you break these rules we reserve the right to close your account without question. This covers all offer codes. Please don't take advantage, we are a small business!
  9. If you ever want to make a change or request a refund, you must do this before midday, two days before the first delivery day. It is not possible to offer refunds on undelivered bouquets, once the cut off for the bouquet has passed.
  10. You'll either receive your deliveries from a Funky Flowers van or Richard Elder Floral Design van. We will try our best to keep to the delivery day and time that has been requested, however sometimes things out of our control, we will get them to you as soon as we can.
  11. Please don't misuse our website by introducing viruses or harmful code.
  12. Please do not republish, edit or modify any material on our website. All images are copyright funkyflorals and must not be republished or shared without or express permission.
  13. If you wish to close your account please do get in touch via email or phone and we will close your account.
